Its all in the hands of my (free with house insurance) solicitors.
To be honest I'm not that interested in whether he gets done for pulling out or not.
I have previous experience of our "justice" system in this kind of situation (being an old git) and have found it somewhat lacking.
What I really want to do is to bleed him for every penny I possibly can.
In my (long) experience being kicked in the wallet is the most effective punishment.
But thanks for the advice guys.
