My mother likes maggie thatcher. I have a theory that it's because she is also called maggie. I convinced her to ride a bike, that took about 2 weeks of solid arguing, so far the thatcher argument has been raging on and off for about 8 months (somehow she had never come up in conversation before). I reckon I will have changed her mind about that before the end of the year.
