The best place is probably B&H in New York, but you might get bummed on the taxes. Calumetphoto.co.uk is good, as well. As is 7dayshop.com
If you're pro, it's definitely worth getting Canon glass over Sigma, if you're shooting for fun then the Sigma should do the job.
