Some of you know my place and can vouch for it.
The pair that have occupied the larger room are moving out soon and I would like to have like-minded folks in the flat so please if anybody here knows of somebody looking in the east end send 'em my way.

Flat is nice, 3 bedroom with a garden very close to the polo courts. Not sure exactly what rent is but it's just over £500/month including council tax...
