Mornin guys,
Looking to get some toe clips n straps and was after recommendations i.e. plastic or metal, what size? (i've got size 8.5-9 plates)
I have slightly weird feet in that my right foot has limited flexibility so its natural position on the pedal isnt on the ball of the foot (although I've forced this in the past with clipless)
but i'm also concious of toe overlap. Not sure any of this makes any difference anyway
