"The Crown accepted his guilty plea to an alternative charge of driving dangerously and causing a collision which left the victim unconscious and severely injured."
That is fucking attempted murder, no?

It's always the way.. this cnut killed someone drink driving and as he was a lawyer was simply fined for it. Massive uproar in Oz.
http://www.woj.com.au/ or have a look for "Eugene McGee".community outrage as hit-run killer Eugene McGee walks free from court. Now if you can't understand why this Adelaide solicitor isn't behind bars tonight, you are certainly not alone. But instead of jail, the prominent legal figure who wasn't breath-tested and who left a cyclist to die on the side of the road has lost his licence for twelve months and faces a $3,100 fine. Now Ian Humphrey's family is devastated, not just by the loss of the loving husband and dad to two small children, but by a justice system that once again seems to have missed the meaning of the word 'justice'.

Hopefully this cnut has to drive for a living, so when he gets out (6 months maybe?) he`ll hwva trouble finding new employment.

I don't see what they were bothered about. They must have thought he would send it to the authorities, but so what, they'll get a fine tops, if that. Maybe she's got a tonne of points, who knows. Or maybe they just think they can boss anyone around who rubs them the wrong way.
A highlight:
"It's illegal to film anyone!"
"what? You mean in Syria?"
"What?...er..what are you like Assad?"
..
"Well you brought up Syria!"I don't think that was his point love.

This is coming true. I gather she's been getting loads of abuse, she runs a shop in Bath that's named after her. What a wally.

I must admit to calling and enquiring about a *car*digan to keep me warm in the park someone (I don't think it was her) slammed the phone down.
Now her website is down, and all the local business pages have removed her phone number, so it is dramatically affecting her business, and they all have reviews pointing out her stupidity rather than her posh woollens

Quite rightly so.
I would have soiled my lycra if that had been me on the bike.
