it almost certainly wont have gone through to the tube. I popped my first rubino this week, I skidded through the rubber, then through the nylon casing, then through the kevlar, then through the tube. It looked totally threadbare for about 2 weeks without causing a problem.
If its on the front, I'd be wary. But if its the back I'd just keep riding!
