Names and faces to bikes

... I nearly crashed a coupleof times on the way home just now because of my FSKING SPDS. I bought the proper cleats (i did have multi-release, you were right hippy!) about 3 or 4 weeks ago, and i'm fsking unclipping again when i pull up for skids!! I've tightened the SPDS to MAXIMUM as in cannot tighten them anymore without bending the allen key, will see if that solves the problem, but... WTF is going on????

I had exactly the same problem. Ended up switching to clips&straps, which means I can skid now but they're nowhere near as comfy. I'd switch to ATACs but it would mean either buying another pair of shoes or switching the spds on the race bike too :(
