OCD - the nearest 2 cycle shops I know are Cyclopedia on High Street Ken North side at the cinema end near Holland Park, and one other roughly Earls court roadish way but it's pretty small near to police station next to a cafe...
Actually there may be one in Fulham / Chelsea, but I've never seen it!
