They are ARSE. Will from hubjub sent something out signed for, I wasn't in so they left the post card. No problem, wifeys off I thought, I'll send her...
They LOST the parcel between trying to deliver it to me and taking it back to the local sorting office. And my next doors parcel.
They admit they lost it, have no idea where it is, say that even if it did turn up it would go straight back to sender as it's beyond the week they keep them for, but still won't let Will claim for it for 3 weeks.
Kind fella that he is he sent me out a replacement as soon as I let him know, but they do rip the piss.
I wouldn't mind so much but:-
1.) it's not even the second time this office have lost my stuff this year
2.) They open mon-sat 9-12 which effectively gives me a three hour window to get there.
3.) They take fekkin ages to find ANYTHING, they seem to just chuck stuff in random piles so every pile has to be checked every time
4.) Queues are horrendous (see 2 &3)
and finally
5.) my previous sorting office stayed open late everyday (post commute), never lost a thing, never had a queue and took no more than 30-45 seconds to find a parcel.
