I may be able to help you. I did have a pair of new wheels being built on DA HB-7600 high flange hubs. The bike shop mechs twisted the back hub. F*cking D*ckheads. I'm just going down there now.
I Just had this phone call.
Me: Hello, howz it going?
Bike shop: Hi not not so good we twisted your rear hub taking the cog off.
Me: WTF!!!!?
Bike shop. It's ok you can choose a replacement for trade.
Me: WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Who's in charge? I'm comming down now.
I'm going to get them to pay me the full cost of the hub. I'll get another in Japan next month.
