Tifosi forks are thick as hell and the shimano 105 is too short

Extended allen bolts are what you need...

Did the calipers come with different length nuts to put on the bolt? My new ones did, and there was a really long one included.

you can get super-long allen nuts for deep section forks. thats if you have allen key brakes, rather than the old nutted ones.
