MrSmith tynan the difference between you and scot/roberto/jos is that they have been involved in the various goings on (in the real world) with other people on this forum. when scot spent shit loads of coming down south to ride the dynamo with a group of reprobates from here i doubt he was working out at what point the sale of bags was going to recoup the investment of the train fare his first priority was having a good ride with like minded people, the offers of web/camera/design help wouldn't have been forthcoming if the first thing he said was 'buy my stuff'
i met roberto on a ride once, ate some of his chips and answered his questions about vat and tax for small businesses, not once did he try to sell me something.

i'm not saying you'r guilty of the hard sell but i would think anyone wanting to advertise their business on here would have to 'earn' that right
