Longer than the Rapha 3/4 but with the same slim styling except they have a elastic stretch in thw waistband for us, um, non-whippet types.

the material of the Rapha pants looks better IMHO. I was wearing them when I fell over a couple of weeks ago, I grazed my knee through the shorts, but there are no marks on the material to show it went through a slide.
