nope, was after critical mass when i was drunk and stompy gave me one. as my edit shows, before that had been about 10-14 days.

Yeah, I only had 1.5 fags for the whole ride yesterday, and felt pretty good the whole way.
Just need to do the rest now and can it totally.

just a good way of getting certain substances into the bloodstream.

having asthma and an arrythmia i always feel like aerobic (?) things are what i need to work harder at to improve as a cyclist.
