Whats the difference between integrated and aheadset

Hi got my forks today for my build, so i need my headset next

But i'm a bit confused

first of all it needs to be integrated, does anyone have any recommendations? (<£40)
There are so many different options on wiggle and i don't know which one i need
also whats the difference between integrated and aheadset

all help is much appreciated

integrated is a headset 'hidden' into the headtube. the standard ones have the races/bearings outside the headtube. im sure all integrated are for a-head type. dont think there's an integrated headset for a quill type.

Not the black one aiden... that has a standard non-integrated aheadset
