Maybe I'll take some pics of the frame tomorrow. It is nowhere near as bad as I described and twist is barely noticeable - there are no kinks or bent tubing and everything else looks good (it just recently had a respray). I probably exaggerated and is less than 5º off perpendicular.
The pic above probably doesn't describe the problem particularly well. This is probably a better pic to give you an idea what i mean:
