Yeah, still easy to rev up towards 20mph - especially with that 700cc engine that gets mentioned ;p

God's own gear ratio - 49:17, which is around 75". Suits me fine around flat London.

can't we just use gear inches? it's so much easier to work out in your head how hard or easy it would be to pedal
46:17 52:19 40:15 54:20 all near enough the same gear inches (72) but lots of different confusing numbers
