fizik arione is an awesome saddle, i use it on my track bike
top-of-the-line ti-railed specialized toupe is also an awesome saddle (if you have the money), i use it on my road bike.
in both cases, i've spent about 100miles or 5 hours straight in the saddle, with average cycling shorts, and not have a huge comfort problem
