i think i would have taken it further if he had just been jay walkin but because it was on a crossing i felt i had to leave it. It was because it was on a crossing that i didn't just plough in to him in the first place
which is what i would have done if he was blindly crossing the road. think what happened was he was in the island between crossing the two sides of the roads, hesitated, the van thought he wasn't going to cross so pulled out i took my cue from that to carry on through, cnut changes his mind and continues to cross, van stops i try and avoid cnut, cnut gets all territorial about his big white lines and decides to make a stupid point.
I guess from a Iaw point of view i was in the wrong but was right to take the action i did to stop any physical harm from occuring. ungrateful old cnut. I did dole out a lot of verbal likes.
