Whatever you do, don't order a 54cm. The Fuji Track fits bloody small. I'm 6' on the button and my 56cm is tiny for me. At least a 58cm if you're 5'11" - I would seriously consider a 60cm if I were to buy another.
Take advantage of an LBS and go test ride a few different sizes before you part with your cash.
