Hubjub is unmatched. If you ask Will a question, you're guaranteed to get a well-thought-out, thorough answer. All my orders have landed on the doormat within three days. Then there's the personalised receipts, too. It's so much better to deal with a person, instead of a customer service drone. Bravisimmo Hubjub! :-)
Has anyone used Byers Cycles? I know they're not an online outfit in the sense that you can't place an order over the web, but they do have a list of stuff on their site and are supposed to do mail order. Fine in theory. I tried to get them to pick up the phone for a whole week in August. Did they answer? Did they bollocks. What's that all about? Businesses that don't want to sell anything...
