stopped by selfridges today for a quick toilet break. wife ran to toilets as i chained our bikes against the railing (next to selfridges foodcrt across m&s). her spesh on first then mine. steel-o-flex couldnt go through both rear wheels so i just went through my seattube, her rear wheel, her frame then the railing. i thought id be running to the toilet and by the time mrs gets back it would only be less than 10mins unattended, so im not too worried. so off i go to find the loo
mrs gets back and saw one of the workers from the foodcourt went outside his counter and took some pix with his phone then went on to txt someone. anyone from here!? some stranger admiring my bike!?
i was fine with it but my wife saw the whole thing and she seems to think it's a little bit dodgy...could be some fcker calling his mates to nick the unchained wheels (her quickrelease and both my wheels)...thought about questioning the dude but i was in a diplomatic mood....i guess i still have faith that, even in london, not all are crooks. what would you have done?
