Update: received this email from teny rim (the company that makes those mag wheels). I have contacted the ebay seller to let him know as well, he was misinformed by the person he got it off apparently.
Conan: oh well, guess it's back to square one hey? Unless you want to go halves on a yellow powder-coated aerospoke wheelset! haha
*"Dear Myers:
Thanks for your mail. Our largest size is 26 inch, we don’t produce 700C wheel now. But you can consider our 26 inch product, please go to our website to search the model that you need. Thank you.
Any questions, please feel free to let us know.
Best regards
Alan

I have a pair and I like them but I'm not light either (185lbs). yes they are heavy (6lbs for the set) but they make for a great workout when riding in the streets. It takes alot to put them out of true. One guy I heard, had his front wheel run over by a bus and it only came out with a small wobble. they do suck for sprinting because they are flexy, but once you get rolling on them on a flat they carry you greatly due to rotational mass. overall I'm pleased with them and am not too picky of a rider because I like having something different and reliable.

Out of interest, if you do get run over by a bus resulting in a slight wobble (impressive!), can you actually put them back into true?

your a smart fellow and know the answer to that. i'm just trying to make a point they are pretty reliable if they can survive that. there really needs to be alot to put them out of true. a spoked wheel could not be said the same of if that happened to it. i met a few ppl who have had their Spin MTB mag wheels for 6+ years and have had no problems whatsoever with their wheels being out of true and aerospokes are made of the similar carbon composite material

but with a spoked when you can replace the spokes, rim, hub and so on...[/quote]yea your right but it will actually cost more than replacing an A-spoke since they have a no ?s ask warranty where you pay $150 for a new wheel. but in honestly I do prefer a spoked wheel to A-spoke when I want speed and lightness to count. there i said it ;)

Pistanator Just type 'Spinergy' in US Ebay....
then type "doctor" into the yellowpages because once that thing collapses on you, you may need one.

tallsam this is cheap:
£20 + £6 P+PIf it can fit your bike. 22.5 inches != 700c (28 inches)

its 570mm which is a 650c
-
• #97
it would make you fast because you would be going down hill.
-
• #98
Yeah, and you wouldn't have to worry about toe overlap.
And you'd be brakeless because your brakes couldn't reach the rim, but that would be cool.
You'd rock all kinds of hottness rolling with a 650c front.
(Small print: You might want to worry about pedal strike whilst cornering though.)

You can fabricate a brake drop or get smaller forks but yeah its hardly worth it.

or you could do barspins
Those mag wheels (the fake cheap aerospokes) don't come in 700c, at least there aren;t any listed on the website. the biggest they do is 26inch (559mm). So basically that one that dt posted is mis-listed.
Velocity boy: its all about looks! i just want a yellow rear mag wheel and that seemed like the cheapest way of getting one. Although it is insanely heavy for a wheel.
If they do come in 700c and i am mistaken, you could actually convert a front wheel to a rear fixed quite easily because inexplicably they sell front wheels with a disk brake mount (but not rear?) so you could whack a few spacers on, & drill a few holes in a fixed cog and bolt it to the disk brake mounting!
