Yes you should feel bad.
Think of it this way - if it was the other way round, and a car driver gave false dets to a cyclist whose bike he'd damaged then fucked off, there'd be roaming gangs of fixie riders hunting them down.
Mind you, it is one up from the cunthead that knocked me off my bike last week then just fucked off without stopping. Did I mention that yet?
