Is that Dura Ace red, or is that some reflection/lens aberration ???
A har...yes it is red, like blood. Yep. No light trickery here. Nice.

Soweto888 Never mind the Dura Ace hubs, what about the rims, eh? It looks like they've been soaked in pigs' blood or something equally sticky. What are they, Alex? I reckon they look good with the green frame. Those piggies didn't die in vain. Any chance of a photo away from that pink wall, though?
They're actually DT swiss 1.2 rims that i had sprayed up. Exactly the same profile as a Deep V, but made 10 times better...so much easier to build than a Deep V. I'm glad you like! It is a shame about the pink wall i agree, but i'm now away travelling for a year and it's gone into storage...so no pics until i'm back!

Sprayed with paint?! Is that a London thing? Surely it rubs off the front rim when you brake? So many questions... Maybe I'm missing something here.
It looks nice anyway. I'll count the days till you get back with your camera. :-P

Why would you paint a ferrari on a bike, ming the tasteless
-
• #761
That bike is absolutely hilariously foul :)
Nevermind the car, why would you have bottom tube shifters on a bike with an all carbon frame and carbon wheels?

• #774
Nah,..it's 32x18 at the moment. I'll alternate with 16, depending on where I ride.

ah, se7en, so i take it unobtanium?!
that's the slackest part of the chain but gets tighter if you rotate the wheel but its an old pic and has since been tightened a lil more. you think wrong tho, its really useful when you catch a flat and are in a hurry because you just set it and then it'll be right were you had it before.
Did I mention that it is a beautiful bike?
