He broke the rules and a couple of people got hurt so it's kinda his fault if he get's punished. Problem is that we was probably trying to be nice, which is better than the bus drivers who deliberately act like twats. However, it was a pretty stupid thing to do given how often bikes and motorbikes go inside buses at junctions etc and it would have been better if he'd said sorry instead of driving off.
