aidan do you really think anything is going to come of it if you do report him?.....is it going to make you feel any better?.....theres a good chance the driver would get a disciplinary or maybe even sacked which could have a huge effect on his future career..

A disciplinary wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing. If he's breaking rules laid down for safety, how many chances do you think he should get?

I know none of us like the idea of getting people fired, but sometimes lessons need to be learnt...

My wife felt terrible when a company fired a delivery man after leaving a message ending in "bunch of cunts" when he couldn't find their department and no-one answered the phone (they were all teaching at the time). But maybe he calls everyone names and this was just the final straw...
