So I tried 'em out in the parking area outside my flat yetserday and rode them into work today. They clip in very easily and unclip at just the right amount of force/twist. I'd recommend them to anyone. I don't really feel more 'connected to the bike' but I can ever so slightly feel the more efficient power transfer. Was cycling into fast headwinds this morning so didn't really get up to much speed but on the way home it'll be a different story.
