Rename as 'Sano's birthday tit about on bikes'?
I for one thinks it sounds way better than 'Critical Mass'...
also another friends birthday - let's just rename as "birthday tit about on bikes" ??[/quote]
+1 on the birthday front, I'm going to a friend's birthday straight afterwards! See you in 20 mins d0cA

Oh me and my mate Rob, well mostly my mate Rob (it was just my camera) filmed some action at CM last week, its about 12 mins long, I need to cut it down for youtube so will sort that out presently, but if you come and find me on facebook I have it on there. Maybe the fixie rider I mentioned in spotted with the horns and zombie face can identify himself as his 1 handed trackstand is there in its glory, well until he fell off. Also some nice footage of a white bmx caning it down towards Regents park on the longest and fastest wheelie i've seen in a while.

would that be ed, the guy from near brighton? he was doing a lot of that... anyway, have just tried to add you as a friend on fb, will look forward to seeing the video somewhere sometime. g'nite!

No ed was on a freeride bike. The guy with the bmx was julian, dicki on this forum. he was trying to wheelie all the way to westminster square.

that's right - i got them muddled up. i think it's my fault dicki failed (i got in his way). that was whilst i was trying to get to the back looking for a friend. i subsequently almost took out about 4 cops in spectacular style as i was riding back to the front - due to one of them suddenly deciding that he wanted to cut right across the road without looking. most amazing to hear the collective scream of fright coming from them all, i will treasure that sound :)

was Ed the guy with the blonde dreads that was with you when i met you asm?
-
• #34
clefty, that's probably correct (my initials are also asm) - he was on a mountain bike or something, wearing a solid helmet and a flouro jacket iirc. thanks for showing me the video, too!

thats the fella, think it was a jump bike - had big ass tyres on it, we bumped into him outside the Anchor pub and he followed us down to the BFI.

oh and its quite long, (12 mins) and has the rantings of an excited Australian on his first CM and an idiot with an orange hat with a really heavy bike...

Okay so it was or will be in October, so I missed it unless it is tonight and I move quickly ... thank you.
Let me rephrase the question to make my interest more easy to grasp?
If someone i:e. me, were interested in participating in such a ride how could he discover where and when, and would anyone on this site be kind enough to assist him?

Thank you very much. I will look it up.
Very. If you head south over Waterloo bridge, right before the roundabout there's an access road that runs parallel to the bridge. Go down that, over the road and into the bit by the NFT - Stone circle is on your right just before the water...
See you later
