1) My rear hub is a Dura Ace 120mm (luckily so is the spacing on my frame!) . . .
2) I am looking at getting a pair of Sugino 75s for cranking duties . . .
3) And my bottom bracket shell is 68mm . . .
Q: So my question is, firstly, what length bottom bracket would give me the best (perfect even?) chain line ?
I see the Phil stainless steel BB on http://www.hubjub.co.uk/philwood/philwood.htm has an adjustable (2mm either way) chainline, would this be of any use to me and/or has anyone got experience of these ?
The other BB I was looking at was the Hatta BB, which comes highly recommended, what do you reckon ?
Also do I need to face the BB shell on my frame (the faces are new but have paint on), I normally face the BB shell (or get my LBS to do it) but MTB cranks (especially integrated ones) are fussy about this kind of thing.
