Just bought an Altura jacket from Putney Cycles (this one: http://www.wiggle.co.uk/ProductDetail.aspx?Cat=cycle&ProdID=5360025729&N=Altura%20Nevis%20Waterproof%20Jacket). Same price as Wiggle so not bad.
First impressions: feels comfy riding with just a cotton t underneath. Might invest in a couple of decent base layers and just change when I get to uni. It's so bright (high vis), so that should reduce my chances of being mowed down in the evenings!
