well I have a Northface Stowaway Paclite. Which is almost like the Hyvent but can be pulled back into one of the side pockets to 18x10x3cm.
However it now sells at 120quid.
I know its off the budget, but you always get what you pay for my Grandfather said ...

Its a very versatile windbreaking jacket and works like Parka if worn with a thick Jumper too.
It is worth every pence. I would buy it again any time
