Specialized Radiant gloves are really good. I did 2 200km Audaxes this year in January and February. toasty warm hands for over 8 hours in freezing conditions.
I use ASDA's wool blend socks (about £3.50 for 2 pairs) for winter. Very warm and work really well even in the rain.
As for tyres I ride Michelin Axial sports year round, they're reliable, cheap and grippy. I have a pair for sale if you're interested. I've switched from 23c to 28c.
