I was cyling through to hyde park a month or so ago and saw a bike that seemed to be hinged in two seperate places. Only caught a brief glimpse of it, but looked to hinge around both the stem and around the seat post.
Anyone seen one of these around before, seemed good in tight spaces, though I bet it took a while to master.
I wish I had taken a photo, as my memory of it it faint, but talk of bike polo made me think of it!
