How can you not ride for practicality reasons?
Exercise combined in daily commute = practical (no need for gym)
Lock up anywhere you like = practical (no parking permits/fines/looking for a spot/C-charge)
No petrol costs = practical (well, speaks for itself innit)
Take it into the building with you = practical (so it won't get stolen/wet/vandalized)
Fixed wheel = practical ( less maintanence, etc etc)
