I think i;ve solved my problem... I;m going to splash out a little and go slightly out of town to crayford and see what colour tech are about. Spoke to them this morning, a respray is £85 and they seem to have a good rep with condor and widcomb (according to the guy i spoke to). although way more expesive compared to vaz (whose incidently not around till 5th november - i called him as well and was greated with an answering machine) and £10 more to bob jackson i think the whole job will work out cheaper (or roughly the same) coz i;m not having to pay for sending the frame to leeds and back. also, i like the idea of having face to face contact with someone doing a service for me.
I'll let people know how things go with colour tech
