• cept i'm usually cumming up the old kunt rd from peckham/ noox

  • rotherhithe tunnel.. HATE! I almost died in that tunnel, from panic more than anything else, but god damn if I'll ever go through that again..

  • Mr Bungle
mashton Surely I'm not the only one who loves the E & C roundabout? Coming up from Camberwell and catching the roundabout at full speed with a lucky gap in the traffic is awesome.

Knew i liked you for a reason.
awww shucks :-)

  • unxetas rotherhithe tunnel.. HATE! I almost died in that tunnel, from panic more than anything else, but god damn if I'll ever go through that again..

the ol' A to Z can be quie deceptive eh!?

  • Also i hate going onto waterloo bridge from the station. That hump before you get onto the bridge and then the strong winds from the river... on a bad day that can be annoying. Because i have to overtake any bike that is in front of me (or at least try).

  • I also hate the surface on Kingsway, which I ride up all the time.

BUT... they'e re-doing the surface at the moment. I have never been so pleased by road works in my life :-D

  • i thought i hated oxford st. and then changed my mind that covent garden is the worst place to cycle ever. tourists, cobbles, and a lot of signs saying that police have a zero tolerance against cycling inapporpriately. bullshiit.

favourite is bank/st. pauls area at night. small/narrow streets, still well lit and smooth tarmac.

  • BRM666 The bumpy-as-fnck main drag thru Camberwell/Peckham has to be the worst road in the universe.

    Werd!!

  • Jesus Flatlander, your icon has just had me mesmerized. God help me if read one of your posts when stoned...

  • silasmellor can second the hate for tollington park, that is basically gravel made from bitumen...
I swear they've had Pirates digging for treasure on that road.

  • we should nominate the favourites and have a ride of them, one thing is for sure it will be at night

@LPG - docklands is not good for bikes, i know the roundabout u mean. i think lots of that area is shit for cycles, too many lanes of cars with too much speed

ohh a favourite of mine is regents park, the outer circle, busy on the weekend with roadies, but fun to cycle in groups, going round and round and round and...

  • ... round? :) I like regents park too.

  • I used to get taken to regents park as a little kiddy.

    never cycled there though.....

    I must!

  • north circular is pretty grim for cycling as well...

  • I bet!

    it's pretty grim full stop.

  • the M25 is pretty bad...

  • This is obviously London's proper nightmare street:

  • BringMeMyFix This is obviously London's proper nightmare street:

why ? I ride there every day cutting into the city from euston road

I do not like any route recommended by tfl.gov but especially the strand at 6pm

  • RPM

    ahhh. pling Penny dropped...

    ....those Germans ambitious and misunderstood

  • was herr kruger a german?

    I thought he was american

  • that lad with the hat is going to get thro a fair few inner tunes with those cycling gloves

  • he rides for city sprint.

    ss mtb.

    I've seen him

  • yeah I was refering to myself..But I ALWAYS liked his jumper ...without the blood & brain bits mind you
