Mr Bungle
mashton Surely I'm not the only one who loves the E & C roundabout? Coming up from Camberwell and catching the roundabout at full speed with a lucky gap in the traffic is awesome.
Knew i liked you for a reason.
Also i hate going onto waterloo bridge from the station. That hump before you get onto the bridge and then the strong winds from the river... on a bad day that can be annoying. Because i have to overtake any bike that is in front of me (or at least try).

I also hate the surface on Kingsway, which I ride up all the time.
BUT... they'e re-doing the surface at the moment. I have never been so pleased by road works in my life :-D

i thought i hated oxford st. and then changed my mind that covent garden is the worst place to cycle ever. tourists, cobbles, and a lot of signs saying that police have a zero tolerance against cycling inapporpriately. bullshiit.
favourite is bank/st. pauls area at night. small/narrow streets, still well lit and smooth tarmac.

BRM666 The bumpy-as-fnck main drag thru Camberwell/Peckham has to be the worst road in the universe.

we should nominate the favourites and have a ride of them, one thing is for sure it will be at night
@LPG - docklands is not good for bikes, i know the roundabout u mean. i think lots of that area is shit for cycles, too many lanes of cars with too much speed
ohh a favourite of mine is regents park, the outer circle, busy on the weekend with roadies, but fun to cycle in groups, going round and round and round and...
