I would't feel happy leaving any of the bikes you listed above locked up in town for any length of time really. If you're splashing on a nice frame it's the price you pay, personally I think it's worth it.
Also it's probably better to leave it unpainted and also unstickered in terms of tubing make / composition, you know what it is but everyone else doesn't need to. Ti does have a unique look but not so unique that most people wouldn't just assume it's aluminium. Plus you have the advantage of not having to worry about chipping paint etc.
