I had a pair of these and just didn't get on with them. They are good looking and so easy to clip into but....
My feet did get numb after longer rides, as there is not much support. (They were agony on Dunwich)
The cleats wear stupidly quickly. My first set wore out in about 4 months.
There is quite a lot of play with them up and downwards between your shoe and the pedal which doesn't help with stopping.
When stopping and using a lot of upward pressure on the pedal they have occassionaly released unexpectedly.
i have since swapped to Time ATAC. These are one of the most secure, solid pedals I have ever used and provide a very stable platform to put your weight on, I love them.
However I hear what Claus was saying
"But I can see the general issue with buying new clipless: There is hardly any way for serious test rides."
So if you can come by my work one day next week I am happy to lend you a set and some newish cleats so you can make your own mind up.
(I ain't going to be using them any time soon.)
