They're ok. Decent entry wheels but shipping+taxes from the US will probably hurt.

do you think there is another way.. ebay doesn't seem up to it?

I wouldn't bother ordering wheels internationally unless they were expensive to start with and you could save a lot by doing so.
There's loads of wheelsets here in the UK as well as forum members willing to build them up for you if you bought parts seperately.

not really, mostly decent prices to italians. similar marzano's went for £280-£330 from same seller. gotta be in it to win it. but please go brakeless and not drill these nice frames
