Beware of bagjack i had one to prevent scratching. I took it off the other day to find that the top tube 'protector' had taken all the gloss of my top tube and left it looking very dull indeed! So much for protection!!!

I do indeed stock the Yancopads - loads of designs to choose from!
They are currently a two piece design (cover over padding), but a new one-piece (like the Re:Load) coming next month - should be a bit more robust...
So, special deal for LFGSS members on the old ones - mail me with your username: freshtripe@mac.com

I think it was you who told me about this on the last bridges ride.
My Fuji is matt already, so it doesn't matter, but the backing material certainly isn't soft.
I might go for one of those Yancopads...

In our climate (i.e. wet), all that dirt off the road is gonna get under the pad sooner or later and grind into your shiny frame.
I guess some electricians tape round the bar first would stop the scuffing. -

I love my lecky tape
Anyone know where I can get a top-tube protector..... one that's more like a BMX pad.... so that I don't scratch paint when I lock up. I'm going to make some in the future, but right now I just need to grab one. There are Bagjack at Brick Lane, but I don't really like them. Any ideas.... and no, not a pink furry one like Mike's!
