Is this for storing in your flat because you could always just try and make something up if it's for that. If you need it to transport then yeah you'd have to find one. I'm sure I saw a couple on ebay for £45 that you just turned the handlebars in for.

Here is a proper one like andrewl86 was talking about- £50 and it hangs on the wall - 184x128cm (theres also a tandem-sized one for a tenner more!)

Being as it will not be transported I get soem material, even scraps and quilt it together into big pieces and make a simple bag to through over the bike.
