I'm out of NOS Crit's now, but plenty of NOS 1A / XA stems in various sizes, a few Alter's and some Cinelli bullhorns /pursuit bars [url=http://www.freshtripe.co.uk/Freshtripe/Bendy%20Bits.html]here[url].

A good starting point for Handlebar position is to place your elbow on nose of the saddle with your arm in line with the top tube and fingers pointed towards bars, then place your other hand flat at 90 degrees to your other hand so that index finger is touching index finger, your little finger furthest from the saddle should be the centre line of your handlebars stem clamp.

Work it around from there until you are comfortable.
