@ Vegans: Chatter does seem to be coming from wheels/hubs but spokes aren't THAT loose!
I think it may be a case of cleaning and regreasing all of the bearing points - hasn't been done since the bike was bought over a year ago. And also letting someone who knows more about it than me to look at my bike.
Bearing in mind I dont have many tools, or any kind of workshop, I'm thinking this is beyond my capability. Where can I take my bike and ask the questions put to you above where they're not going to a) look at me like something on the bottom of their shoe b) not be able to do anything for 2 weeks?
