The cog threads aren't an issue as they (English and Italian) are almost the same. The lockring and axle nuts are an issue as they are completely different and incompatible. This is a double problem as all the Miche hardware (lockrings and axle nuts) is shit, and the only replacements for the tracknuts are Campagnolo which cost a lot (like £20 a pop or something). You can replace the lockrings with Campag, Phil or EAI. The Miche axles rust really quickly as well
I've had both Miche hubs and System EX and think that the System EX ones are better because of their compatibility. There have been some reports of snapped locknuts on the EX hubs, but these are dead easy to replace because they are English threaded.
