I got my rear wheel direct from BETD. They were pretty helpful, speak to Dan. The couriers they used were useless though, managed to misplace my wheel in their warehouse, took a couple of days and plenty of calls but got it in the end.
I think the complete wheel -- Goldtec fixed/fixed hub, silver CXP33 rim and DT Swiss spokes (you can get sapim if you like) worked out @ £110.
