Depends. I've got a mini U-lock and want to get a cable aswell because I can't lock up to some things. Also I don't feel that safe only locking through the rear triangle. Would like to lock my U lock between the frame and front wheel, cable between rear triangle and immovable object and a seat cable to lock up the seat to the U lock.
