  • brett Not that many changes on the Langster over the years other than the appearance. Me - '06. Caned the crap out of mine for 5000 miles and my maintenance beyond cleaning and puncture repair has consisted of repairing a broken spoke and a quick wheel re-truing (oh and BB needs replacing currently).
    Admittedly you'll want to change bits as you go but that's personal preference.

    I'm continually hammered my '06 too for the last 18 months thru rain and shine and its still a good ride. Replace rear wheel last month. No punctures since Armadillos fitted. Several brake blocks and a couple of chains and sprockets = exceeding(edit)LY cheap 6000 odd miles. I'm drooling over Mercians & BJ's but will keep good ole L and dont give a flying fig about street cred bollocks. Remember that 99.99999% of peeps that see you on your lovely bike just see a guy on a bike!
