If it doesn't need to be 'authentic' you can use a £5 clamping type bolt that fits through both sides. Depends how big the threaded side is but it worked for the Raleigh:

If Clerkenwell Screws still exist just take them the bolt and they should be able to sort it out.

take bike to a DIY shop with lots of bolts, poke around the metric section for one that fits, get a nut to go on it for extra wow factor... sorted for 80p, or get a proper clamping one for a squid.

I snapped mine Saturday! Had to ride back home floating on my saddle.
Just ordered one from sjs cycles, they have the binder type.

I need a seatpost bolt for my Nervex lugged Harry Quinn. I think the image above is the same lug as mine.
The lug bolt hole is threaded.
Does anyone know where I can get the right bolt to fit it?
Any advice or experiece with this would be great
